Client Responsibilities

As a client, you agree to:

Service Fees and Payment

All fees are clearly stated in your service agreement. Payment is due according to the terms specified in your contract. We accept various payment methods including bank transfers and credit cards.

Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the amount paid for our services. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages. This limitation applies to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Refund Policy

Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be available under the following circumstances:

Service Cancellation: Full refund if cancelled within 48 hours of service commencement and before any installation work has been performed
Partial Service: 70% refund if cancelled after initial consultation but before equipment installation begins
Quality Issues: Full or partial refund if service quality does not meet agreed standards
Force Majeure: Refund consideration for circumstances beyond our control

Non-Refundable Services

The following services are generally non-refundable:

Completed installation and configuration services
Equipment and hardware purchases
Advanced smart home system installations
Services where client provides false information

Refund Process

To request a refund:

Submit a written refund request within 30 days of service completion
Provide detailed reasons for the refund request
Include any supporting documentation
Allow 5-10 business days for processing

Refund Timeline

Approved refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days and returned to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Dispute Resolution

If you disagree with our refund decision, you may request a review by our management team. We are committed to resolving all disputes fairly and promptly.
